These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the MyEzyTrips website, B2B portal, booking tools, wallet functions, support features, and related services.

1. Use of the Platform
Users must access MyEzyTrips only for lawful business, travel booking, support, and account management purposes. Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate account, customer, and booking information.
2. Agent Accounts
B2B access is provided to approved agents. MyEzyTrips may suspend or restrict access if account details are inaccurate, payment obligations are not met, misuse is detected, or supplier rules are breached.
3. Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, cancellation rules, ticket conditions, hotel policies, and payment status. Agents must verify customer details before confirming orders.
4. Payments and Wallet
Wallet top-ups, deductions, refunds, holds, and adjustments are recorded in the platform ledger. Bookings may fail or remain on hold if wallet balance, payment confirmation, or supplier confirmation is incomplete.
5. Supplier Rules
Activity tickets, hotel bookings, vouchers, and confirmations may be governed by third-party supplier terms. Agents and customers must follow all supplier redemption, cancellation, identification, and usage rules.
6. Support Chat and Uploaded Files
Users may submit support messages, images, audio, and documents. Users must not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, confidential third-party, or malicious content.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyEzyTrips aims to provide accurate information and reliable services, but availability, supplier data, pricing, and external services may change. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
